Description: Life goes on. We took Donovan to Harvey's birthday dinner (Harvey is Monica's stepfather) at a loud, crowded Italian restaurant at Venice Beach. Monica also had her six-week postpartum visit, where everything seemed to be okay. Matt's "Uncle" Gene Gross (a friend of Matt's family) also came to visit, which was nice because back when Matt was born, Gene was the first person to hold him, even before Matt's mom (who was recovering from a C-section). Our friend Eain's birthday was this week also, and he got to hold Donovan, who was the second baby he's ever held.
