Comments: Umbrellas... with umbrellas on their heads! Yes, apparently the umbrellas outside Carney's just aren't capable of dealing with rain, so they have to cover them with garbage bags. Los Angeles: Where even umbrellas say, "What the hell is that wet stuff falling from the sky?!"
